The last couple of weeks have been wonderful in the new space at 227 Skiway Center. Lots of longtime clients and friends have stopped by to say hello and all have been so supportive of the new venture. We’ve been busy with continued work on the website, preparing other marketing materials and of course, working on some real estate and rental transactions in between.
We have a wonderful view of the snowmaking progress on the hill, from the tiny patch on T2 that’s marks the start to the season to the expansion to Spruce Peak and South Ridge. As many of you recall, I spent my first five years at Sunday River as Director of Communications, which meant I was in charge of snow reporting. I attended snow plan meetings and got to know a lot of the dedicated mountain operations crew members. I would guess this year they are pleased with the current acreage open and are looking forward to continued cold temperatures ahead.
At Mountain Real Estate Company we are looking forward to a complete immersion to winter and hope to get some time in on the hill, though being too busy with work in our field is never a bad thing either.
