Learn more about North Peak Slopeside Condos
The North Peak slopeside complex is comprised of three buildings along the Sundance trail, which leads to South Ridge Lodge at Sunday River. Buildings II and III also have easy access to the North Peak quad (Lift 6). This flexible access combined with access to Sunday River’s night skiing make North Peak a consistently popular choice for two-bedroom units. There are a total of 108 condominiums spread through the three buildings, which are best described as hotel style, as the units are located off of long hallways. The units are 810 feet, have one bathroom, gas fireplaces and typically one of the bedrooms is furnished as a bunk room. Some have a Murphy bed in the living room and most have at least a pull-out couch. They also have a large closet, which could be used for owner storage should an owner wish to rent. Each building a coin-operated laundry and each unit includes a very large owner’s ski locker. The complex has an outdoor heated pool and men’s and women’s locker room. This complex is located next to Building I. Ski-out for buildings I and II is also very convenient via the Southway trail, which cuts between the two. The buildings were constructed in 1986-1987. Owners who wish to rent on a nightly or weekly basis may do so through select agencies.
