Learn more about White Cap Slopeside Condos
The White Cap exteriors look much like several of Sunday River Resort’s other slopeside complexes but the difference is the way these mostly one-bedroom units are laid out: they are one level. There are four units that are three-bedrooms, the result of combining two one-bedroom units. The complex includes two buildings, A and B. The kitchens in these units are large, with full-size appliances as opposed to apartment size appliances, and have dishwashers, whereas other one-bedroom slopeside condominiums may or may not have dishwashers. The bathrooms are a bit larger and are set up traditionally, rather than with the sink outside of the shower and toilet room (it should be noted that some owners have opted to renovate their bathrooms in the bi-level units to have it all enclosed). The square footage of the White Cap units are 541 square feet. The living rooms typically have a pull-out sofa and the units have decks. Each unit has a large owners’ ski storage closet and each building has a coin-operated laundry. The trail access is on to the Roadrunner trail, see the Brookside information for more information about Roadrunner. The complex includes an outdoor heated pool and a separate building that houses the attached Men’s and Women’s locker rooms, dry saunas and community room. The buildings were constructed in 1987-1988. Owners who wish to rent their units may do so through select agencies or any agency such as Mountain Real Estate Company Rentals for for seasonal rentals.
