Will View

There are two popular criteria for many people seeking a second home at Sunday River Ski Resort:  a location within the access road and a price range not to exceed the high $200s or mid-$300s.  Throw in an additional wish list item of a chalet style mountain home and a quick drive to the slopes, and the first neighborhood that comes to mind is Will View. Conspicuously located just off the access road, the development was first established in 1999 and a second phase was added in 2008.  Nearly all of the homes are some iteration of a chalet and many of the lots have a private feel. The road is a private association road and there are limited Restrictive Covenants.  The access road in to the development is shared with the abutting River Valley Acres.  There are no rental restrictions and owners may rent on their own or with a rental company such as Vacasa.
